Reservations and Payment
Your registration in a workshop is confirmed once you make a deposit or full payment.
Full payment is required on or before 90 days prior to workshop inception.
Payment methods accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.

If you cancel 90 days or before workshop inception, you will receive a full refund of the deposit or full payment paid.
If you cancel less than 90 days prior to workshop inception, and if you have paid for the workshop in full, we will make every effort possible to issue a full credit towards another open workshop in 2018 or 2019. If you have paid only a deposit, the deposit will be refunded only if we can fill the spot prior to the beginning of the workshop.
All workshops involve light to moderate walking along paved and unpaved trails, and usually in the dark with flashlights for safety. Distances are usually less than a mile; often we operate within only a few yards from our cars! Elevation gains are generally less than 50 - 100 ft, unless otherwise noted. Some workshops involve driving in and hiking at moderate to high altitudes (less than 10,000 ft). We carry a first aid kit and are trained in AED/CPR.

A waiting list will be maintained once the workshop fills. Once a workshop fills, you may contact me (below) to be added to the waiting list. If needed, a second session may be added. If a spot opens after the workshop fills, we will contact you to offer you the spot.
